How to fill out an invoice quickly and correctly?

4-Step Guide

Automatic Data Lookup

In the left panel, enter the Supplier or Client Business ID (IČO / Company ID) and click OK. The company details will automatically populate into the invoice.

Dates and VAT Settings

Check the invoice number, select your status as VAT Registered / Non-VAT Registered, and set the issue, delivery, and due dates.

Items and Payment

Add line items, quantities, and prices. Don't forget to fill in your IBAN to generate the payment QR code.

Download or Print

Click the Print / Save as PDF button at the top to download your invoice or print it directly.
